Job Description
Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and the pioneer of Process Mining technology. We're looking for a Senior Manager, Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting to oversee financial reporting, technical accounting and M&A. Reporting to the SVP, Group Controller, the role will be a key position in the finance organization, interacting and coordinating with various departments across the company to ensure proper accounting treatment and accurate financial results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting / private industry with increasing levels of responsibility
- Strong leadership skills with a consistent record of leading meaningful initiatives across the organization
- Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Expert in technical accounting issues and accounting for complex transactions
- Experience with M&A due diligence, valuations, and purchase accounting
