Senior Manager, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting

MarketAxess is seeking a Senior Manager, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting to join their team. The role will be responsible for SEC reporting, technical accounting, and compensation accounting, with a focus on complex conclusions and escalation. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting, public company reporting, and regulated financial services exposure.

Requirements

• 8+ years progressive accounting experience
• Public accounting, public company reporting, and regulated financial services exposure
• CPA in good standing
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong accounting research skills
• High level of technology fluency
• Proven ability to communicate complex accounting concepts
• Proven leadership and team management in a publicly traded financial firm
• Advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP accounting standards
• Experience overseeing compensation accounting and complex accrual judgments
