Job Description
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team, responsible for existing customers, building relationships, and supporting the full potential of our platform and products. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in the IT sector, with strong German and English skills.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in the IT sector (SaaS)
- Strong understanding of large customer structures/groups/conglomerates and their decision-making structures
- Affinity for technology (IT products) is a must, experience working with SaaS solutions and Martech domain knowledge is a plus
- Proactive working style with a hands-on mentality
- Very good German and English skills (both at least C1)
