Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Account Management
- Knowledge and interest in customer management, project management, and negotiations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to explain features, provide feedback, and handle difficult conversations with confidence and ease
- Proficiency in software and ability to understand technology and explain its value to customers
- Fluent German and English language skills
