Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Software Support Engineer to join our team in Vienna, Austria. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent analytical skills, and good knowledge of German and English. The role involves problem-solving, system and network expertise, teamwork, and documentation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Support Engineer or in a comparable role in the software-enterprise field
- Technical know-how in Windows, macOS, Linux, and network protocols
- Good analytical skills and ability to work in stressful situations
- Very good knowledge of German and English (at least C1 level)
