Senior Software Support Engineer (f/m/d)

CELUM is seeking a Senior Software Support Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Support Engineer and excellent technical knowledge in Windows, macOS, and Linux. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent language skills in German and English, and the ability to work in a team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Support Engineer or in a comparable role
• Technical know-how in Windows, macOS, and Linux
• Solid understanding of network protocols, IP addressing, and database management
• Good analytical skills and language skills in German and English
