Requirements
- 5β7 years of experience in data analytics, HR analytics, or a related field
- Solid understanding of core data analysis concepts and ability to interpret complex data
- Experience analyzing HR metrics and workforce data; exposure to Compensation & Benefits is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS or payroll systems
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
