Job Description
This is a 10-week, full-time on-site internship program for current college students designed to provide hands-on experience in the Ready-Mix Division. Interns will participate in various areas, including Cement Manufacturing, Process Improvements, Quality and Reliability, Equipment Maintenance, Production Process, and Data Management. The program focuses on practical application and skill building through real-world projects.
Requirements
- Active pursuit of a bachelor's degree in a related field.
- GPA of 2.5 or higher.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Previous experience from internships, co-op programs, or university projects.
