Job Description
This is a 10-week internship program for current college students aimed at providing hands-on experience within the Ready-Mix division. The program focuses on core Ready-Mix functions, including Cement Manufacturing, Process Improvements, Quality and Reliability, and Equipment Maintenance. Interns will gain experience working in various critical areas and will also present project outcomes to leadership.
Requirements
- Active pursuit of a bachelor's degree in a related field.
- GPA of 2.5 or above (3.0+ preferred).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Previous internship or co-op experience a plus.
