Job Description
This is a 10-week internship program designed for current college students. Students will gain hands-on experience within the Ready-Mix Division, learning about cement manufacturing, process improvements, equipment maintenance, and data management. The program offers safety training, project-based learning, skill development, networking opportunities, and exposure to innovation.
Requirements
- Active pursuit of a bachelor's degree in a related field (CIM, Construction Science, Business Admin, Mechanical Engineering, or Environmental Engineering).
- GPA of 2.5 or above, with a preference for 3.0 or higher.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Previous experience in an internship or co-op program is highly valued.
- Team collaboration enjoyment.
