Job Description
Join Centene and help transform the health of our communities by identifying and closing care gaps. As a Quality Care Member Advocate, you will work with members, healthcare providers, and internal teams to ensure timely and appropriate care. This role emphasizes community engagement, member education, and collaboration to improve health outcomes.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship
- Reside in Kentucky, preferably in Daviess, Jefferson, Pulaski, Pike, Floyd, Graves, or surrounding areas
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Public Health, Nursing, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in community health or healthcare quality
- Experience working with health plan members and navigating community resources
- Familiarity with Medicaid / Medicare programs and quality measures (e.g., HEDIS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- LCSW- License Clinical Social Worker or RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure
