Job Description
The Center for AI Safety (CAIS) is a leading research and advocacy organization focused on mitigating societal-scale risks from AI. We are hiring a Chief of Staff to the President to serve as the connective tissue between the leadership team and drive cross-functional execution.
Requirements
- 5-12 years in chief-of-staff, program management, BizOps, or comparable senior operational roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organized
- Strong judgment under ambiguity
- Trust and discretion with sensitive information
