3+ years of experience, project management techniques, and ability to adapt to diverse projects

5-10 years experience, strong operational instincts, excellent communication

PhD in machine learning or related field, co-authored at least one paper published at a top ML conference venue, or made meaningful research contributions at a leading AI lab

2-4 years of operations experience in a quickly growing organization, high school degree, ability to implement efficient systems and policies

7+ years of experience in digital video strategy or production leadership, strong understanding of YouTube and short-form algorithms, experience managing creative pipelines

We need people who can operate autonomously with good judgment, analytical skills, and excellent communication
