Operations Manager

The Center for AI Safety is looking for an Operations Manager who is organized and detail-oriented to tackle a wide range of operational challenges and build efficient systems from the ground up.

Requirements

• Developing and managing internal processes and policies that are simple and effective
• Working with a diverse set of team members and supporting their individual needs while maintaining efficiency for the organization
• Identifying and tracking the details; you’re able to design and maintain orderly systems with minimal oversight
• Communicating clearly; ensuring everyone is clear on systems and processes
• Working autonomously and thriving in a small and growing organization
• Implementing solutions to increase efficiency across the organization
