Job Description
The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) provides strategic and operational medical leadership to CEI, ensuring the quality, safety, and effectiveness of participant care, clinical outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Physician holding an M.D. or D.O. degree
- Licensure to practice medicine in California
- Current and valid Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate
- Minimum of one year of experience with a frail elderly population
- 5 - 10 plus years of progressive medical leadership experience in a complex healthcare environment
- Experience leading interdisciplinary teams and quality improvement programs
