CEI coordinates a wide range of services including primary care, nutrition, social activities, and transportation, ensuring seamless integration of medical and social needs. Associates degree and 1 year of experience in healthcare, preferably with seniors
Senior Manager, IT User Experience
7+ years of experience in IT operations, technical support, or systems analysis, with at least 2 years in a people management or team lead role, Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
Chief Medical Officer
Requires a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree, 5-10 years of progressive medical leadership experience, and experience leading interdisciplinary teams
Clinic RN Supervisor
3+ years of RN experience, 1-2 years of supervisory experience, EMR system experience
Social Worker
Master's degree in social work, 1 year experience with elderly population, excellent communication skills
Social Work Supervisor
Masters' degree in Social Work, 1-2 years Supervisory experience, ability to work in a multicultural team environment
Physical Therapist
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, licensed as a Physical Therapist, and 1 year of experience with the frail elderly population
