Job Description
The Center for Elders’ Independence is seeking a Social Worker to join their team. The Social Worker will work with a frail and elderly population, providing psychosocial assessments, developing and implementing plans of care, and facilitating communication between participants, family, and CEI staff.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work
- 1 year experience working with a frail and/or elderly population
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team environment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent oral and verbal communication and meeting facilitation skills
