The Community Pathways Worker provides case management and group facilitation in the school community, developing effective school partnerships and supporting events and activities within the schools.
Requirements
- BA/BS/BSW with relevant experience
- Bilingual in Spanish required
- Parent/Caregivers with lived experience navigating resources for their families or special needs children, and/or volunteering in schools encouraged to apply
- Experience working in, or in partnership with, schools preferred
- Groupwork skills and experience preferred
