Job Description
The Family Worker position provides individual and group interventions with parents, caregivers, children, and young people to improve outcomes for children and families. The role involves strengthening parental capacity, family relationships, and parental engagement in education.
Requirements
- High School Diploma minimum, some college preferred or Family Development Credential
- Knowledge of working with children and families through a multi-generational approach
- Experience providing services to children and families in diverse communities
- Ability to work with multi-lingual families
- Knowledge of best practices in delivery quality early care and education with family engagement
