Associate, Youth Programs

The Bronx Community Justice Center is seeking a Youth Programs Associate to provide youth mentorship and support youth-led community organizing initiatives in the South Bronx. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree and 1-2 years of experience in a related area, or equivalent lived experience.

Requirements

• Provide youth outreach and engagement across South Bronx neighborhoods
• Provide individual and group mentorship to youth impacted by community violence
• Provide youth advocacy and case management support to connect youth to resources
• Support the development and facilitation of youth-led community organizing projects
