Case Manager, Diversion Programs

The Center for Justice Innovation is seeking a Case Manager for its Staten Island Justice Center. The Case Manager will be responsible for monitoring and case management of program participants, referring participants to voluntary social service interventions, and promoting compliance with pre-plea and post-plea conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3-4 years of experience in a social service setting
• Experience working in a court or criminal justice setting preferred
• Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred
• Highly organized with ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to provide service in a strengths-based manner and understand the importance of meeting clients where they are
• Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds in a culturally-responsive manner
