Job Description
We are seeking a Construction & Maintenance Technician IV to join our team in Smithville, TX. As a Construction & Maintenance Technician IV, you will plan, direct, and perform construction and maintenance work on gas distribution systems. You will lead a construction crew, ensure safety policies are followed, and perform various tasks including manual labor, pipe installation, and repair. You will also provide First Responder assistance in emergency situations and complete paperwork as required. Requires a high school education, 5 years of experience in construction, installation, and/or maintenance systems, and a valid CDL.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- 5 years' experience in construction, installation, and/or maintenance systems
- 2 years' experience in natural gas distribution
- 1 year of experience welding steel pipes
- Valid state issued CDL
