Maintenance Technician

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in general building repair and maintenance, including hands-on work with basic plumbing and electrical systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work from heights up to 15 feet using ladders and elevated platforms
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
