Job Description
JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way. The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring operational excellence at our client facility in Waynesboro, VA. You'll be responsible for maintaining the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment that keeps the facility running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in general building repair and maintenance, including basic plumbing and electrical work
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, plus a valid state driver's license
- Physical capability to lift minimum 80 lbs., safely operate ladders up to 30 feet, and work in various positions including climbing, bending, and kneeling throughout the day
- Demonstrated mechanical and electrical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral, enabling clear documentation and effective collaboration with team members and building occupants.
- U.S. Citizenship required for this position.
