Centers for Independence (CFI) is a Milwaukee‑based nonprofit that has served immigrants and vulnerable populations since 1938. Today, it delivers more than 30 comprehensive programs that support people with physical, developmental, and intellectual disabilities, adults with behavioral health needs, and children across the spectrum of care. With a workforce of over 800 skilled professionals, CFI provides advocacy, crisis response, residential and employment services, nutrition support, and guidance through benefits and care decisions. 1 year experience with adults with severe and persistent mental illness, high school diploma/GED, ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English

Requires 1 year of experience with adults with severe and persistent mental illness and a high school diploma/GED
Behavioral Health Specialist II - CCS
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field; 1+ year experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness

Master's degree in Social Work or related field, 3000 hours of supervised clinical experience, and licensure in chosen field
