Centers for Independence (CFI) is a Milwaukee‑based nonprofit that has served immigrants and vulnerable populations since 1938. Today, it delivers more than 30 comprehensive programs that support people with physical, developmental, and intellectual disabilities, adults with behavioral health needs, and children across the spectrum of care. With a workforce of over 800 skilled professionals, CFI provides advocacy, crisis response, residential and employment services, nutrition support, and guidance through benefits and care decisions. Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field, 6 months of experience, and valid driver's license
Behavioral Health Tech - Crisis Resource Center
High school diploma/GED, 1-2 years experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness
La Crosse WI, IRIS Case Manager/Consultant
4+ years of experience in social services, high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license
Certified Nursing Assistant - PSN
Wisconsin Nursing Assistant License (without limitations), 90 days experience
Driver - PSN
High school degree, valid Wisconsin driver's license, and verifiable passenger transportation experience required
Pediatric Nurse Manager
Bachelors degree in Nursing, 2 years of clinical experience, current WI Nursing License
Pediatric Registered Nurse
Registered Nurse (RN) with pediatric experience and WI nursing license required
Case Manager Masters Degree - CSP
Master's degree, 1000 hours of post-degree clinical experience, valid Wisconsin driver's license
Masters Level Clinician - Crisis Resource Center
Master's degree in Social Work or related field, 3000 hours of supervised clinical experience, and licensure in chosen field
Direct Support Professional/CNA
High school diploma, experience working with individuals with disabilities, and Certified Nursing Assistant certification required
