Job Description
Case Manager Masters Degree - CSP job description: facilitate the improved wellbeing of individuals with severe mental illness and/or substance use disorders, provide clinical direction and support to a pool of clients, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling.
Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral science or related field
- 1000 hours of post-degree clinical experience with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- Vehicle liability insurance in accordance with Agency policy
- Knowledge of Milwaukee County TCM, CCS and/or CSP/ACT Case Management
- Experience with individuals with dual diagnoses is preferred
- Experience with motivational interviewing is preferred
