Job Description
The clinical manager is responsible for organizing and directing the daily operations of the Pediatric Skilled Nursing program, including supervising staff and developing program policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree from an accredited School of Nursing
- 2 years of recent clinical experience in NICU, PICU, Pediatrics, Home health care, Public Health, or other pediatric settings
- Knowledge of community-based health and social service systems, principles, and resources related to children with significant health care needs
- Current WI Nursing License, without limitations incompatible with duties, responsibilities, supervision, or practice setting
