Crisis Care Consultant - All Shifts

The Crisis Care Consultant provides brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, safety planning, crisis intervention, and appropriate service linkage for individuals experiencing an acute mental health crisis. This is an excellent position for recent graduates interested in providing support and demonstrating compassion toward others.

Requirements

• Demonstrate high level of clinical knowledge and skill in providing telephonic clinical screenings, risk assessments, means restriction, and crisis intervention to callers.
• Conduct outreach calls to individuals assessed by mobile crisis to promote safety
• Meet the ethical and clinical standards in compliance with all accreditation.
• Demonstrate high-level customer service skills and professional etiquette.
• Promote a departmental culture of cooperation and collaboration with other cross-functional departments, community agencies, hospitals, mental health consumers, and the public at large.
