Crisis Care Consultant

The Crisis Care Consultant provides brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, safety planning, crisis intervention, and appropriate service linkage for individuals experiencing an acute mental health crisis. This role is part of a high-volume, 24/7/365 call team focused on suicide prevention.

Requirements

• Provide telephonic clinical screenings, risk assessments, means restriction, and crisis intervention to callers
• Conduct outreach calls to individuals assessed by mobile crisis to promote safety
• Attend team meetings, in-service training, supervision, and other quality assurance training
• Assist in administrative tasks as needed
