Licensed Therapist

Provide individual, family, and group counseling services to individuals in a community-based setting. Develop and implement treatment plans, conduct clinical behavioral health assessments, and provide supportive and educational counseling services.

Requirements

• Reports to work as scheduled on a daily basis and performs duties as assigned by supervisor
• Provide crisis intervention services in the community
• Conduct clinical behavioral health assessments
• Enter written documentation into Electronic Medical Record in a timely manner for all services rendered
