Residential Counselor I - Harbor House

Residential Counselor I - Harbor House at Centerstone is responsible for cooking and assisting with daily activities, providing support, assistance, psycho-social education and supervision to Adult Residential Services residents.

Requirements

• Cooking and assisting with daily activities
• Providing support, assistance, psycho-social education and supervision to Adult Residential Services residents
• Supervising and monitoring residents' compliance with Program rules and behavioral expectations
• Reviewing referral information to determine eligibility for admission and continued stay for Supported Housing and Crisis Respite
• Supervising meal preparation and compliance with dietary guidelines
• Receiving and dispensing residents' funds
• Informing the Residential Coordinator of needed household supplies or household repairs
• Planning and supervising psycho-educational and recreational activities
• Documenting progress notes and attending staff meetings
• Conducting room inspections and reporting resident grievances
