Provides person-centered assistance to clients in the development of life skills and personal goals. Coordinates client care with multidisciplinary team. Assists clients in connecting to community resources. Provides crisis intervention/prevention to clients and their families.
Requirements
- Clinical licensure eligible Master's degree required
- Two years professional experience working directly with youth and families in a child welfare, school, childcare, criminal justice behavioral health or related setting preferred
- Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods
- Customer service skills
- Time management skills
- Analytical skills
- Knowledge of community resources
