Unlicensed Therapist

Provides person-centered assistance to clients in the development of life skills and personal goals. Coordinates client care with multidisciplinary team. Assists clients in connecting to community resources. Provides crisis intervention/prevention to clients and their families.

Requirements

• Coordinates client care by working closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and maintain essential elements of the client’s clinical record
• Teaches and trains clients in activities of daily living, in group and individual settings
• Connects client with community support systems as determined to be appropriate
• Provides telephone and on-site crisis intervention/prevention and follow-up to clients and their families
