Manager, UM Administration

This role involves working within specific guidelines and procedures, applying advanced technical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems, and providing non-clinical support for procedures ensuring best treatment, care, or services for members.

Requirements

• Prior demonstrated experience with process improvement or process design and implementation roles
• Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and database software proficiency
• Progressive experience in the health service industry, healthcare finance, or healthcare-related consulting
• Experience with strategic planning, customer retention programs, and primary and secondary research processes
• Strategic thinking and business planning capabilities; organized and detail-oriented
• Demonstrated presentation skills
• Willingness to manage and prioritize diverse projects & reports
