Medical Records Clerk is responsible for assembling, organizing, and maintaining patients' health information and charts. Performs basic administrative, operational, customer support, and data-entry tasks, primarily working on routine, structured assignments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Medical Records experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Quick to learn new systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to travel locally, with occasional overnight stays
