Medical Records Clerk

Assemble, organize, and manage patients' health information and charts. Perform basic administrative, operational, customer support, and data-entry tasks. Work with physicians and staff to clarify diagnoses or obtain additional information. Use skills to make an impact.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Medical Records experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Quick to learn new systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to travel locally, with occasional overnight stays
