Medical Records Clerk

As a Medical Records Clerk at Conviva Senior Primary Care, you will be responsible for assembling, organizing, and maintaining patients' health information and charts. This role is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program and requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Medical Records experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Quick to learn new systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to travel locally, with occasional overnight stays
