Physical Therapist Assistant, Home Health

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at CenterWell Home Health, you'll help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence in the comfort of their homes. You'll administer physical therapy treatment plans, perform manual exercises, and document patient records.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association.
• Current state license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Proof of current CPR certification.
• Minimum two years experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant,
