Physical Therapist Assistant, Home Health

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence in the comfort of their homes. You will administer physical therapy treatment plans, document patient records, and participate in educational meetings. The role requires an Associate degree in Physical Therapy, current state license, and minimum two years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association.
• Current state license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Proof of current CPR certification.
• Minimum two years experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
