Physical Therapist, Home Healtyh

As a Physical Therapist at CenterWell Home Health, you will help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence from the comfort of their homes. You will plan and administer physical therapy treatment, assess patient physical strengths, and develop a rehabilitation program consistent with physician's Plan of Treatment.

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license
• Current CPR certification
• Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals
