Physical Therapist Home Visits

Become a part of our caring community and help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence from the comfort of their homes. As a fulltime therapist, you will plan and administer prescribed physical therapy treatment, assess and document patients' physical strengths, and develop and implement a rehabilitation program consistent with physician's Plan of Treatment and the goals of the patient team.

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (approved by the APTA)
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license
• Current CPR certification
• Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals
