Job Description
Become a part of our caring community as a Primary Care Physician and use your skills to make an impact in outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention. The Physician will evaluate and treat patients, assist in patient services coordination, and act as an active participant in the care team.
Requirements
- Current and unrestricted medical license or eligible to obtain a medical license in state of practice (FL)
- Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
- Board Certification or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Geriatric Medicine preferred)
- Active and unrestricted DEA license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a high level of skill with interpersonal relationships and communications with colleagues/patients
