Primary Care Physician

Become a part of our caring community as a Primary Care Physician, focusing on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention. The Physician will evaluate and treat center patients, assist in patient service coordination, and participate in the care team.

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain a medical license in the state of practice (FL)
• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program from an accredited university
• Board Certification or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Geriatric Medicine preferred)
• Active and unrestricted DEA license
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate a high level of skill with interpersonal relationships and communications with colleagues/patients
