Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Minimum of two years' experience in value-based care or managing high-acuity geriatric patients
