Primary Care Physician

Join our team as a primary care physician at Conviva Primary Care in Dunedin, FL. Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients and participate in clinical quality improvement projects.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Two years' experience in value-based care or managing high-acuity geriatric patients (preferred)
