Primary Care Physician

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first as a Primary Care Physician. The Physician focuses on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 or more years of technical experience
• Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
• Internal Medicine specialty (preferred)
• Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
• Willing to participate in limited on-call coverage by phone
