Job Description
Become a Referral Coordinator and make an impact in our caring community. Schedule patients for exams and procedures, gather and communicate information, and work under close supervision. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with at least 1 year of hands-on healthcare experience.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on healthcare experience working with referrals in a clinical setting, preferably within the Medicare population
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proficient with medical terminology
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records
- Excellent professional communication abilities
