Job Description
Centivo is seeking a Manager, Marketing Communications & Automation to execute and optimize communications for Centivo health plan members, Centivo Care patients, and employer clients. The role involves managing day-to-day campaigns, supporting automated communication journeys, and leveraging AI tools to improve content development and marketing workflows.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, digital marketing, or a related field
- Experience in healthcare, health insurance, employee benefits, or healthcare technology
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Iterable, or similar tools
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Demonstrated experience building or documenting AI-assisted workflows
