Job Description
The Lab Manager will lead the setup and operation of a new APAC laboratory in Taiwan, including equipment installation, workflow design, and process implementation. This role involves overseeing daily lab operations, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and training laboratory staff. Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in Molecular Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
- Solid technical expertise in molecular biology techniques (DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, cloning).
- Hands-on experience with sequencing platforms (e.g., Illumina, Thermo Fisher) including library prep, QC, and data quality assurance.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience in laboratory management, ideally with prior involvement in lab setup.
