LPN II - (SCH Operating Room, PT, Days, Rotating Call)

The LPN II will provide patient care under the direction of a physician, registered nurse, or other healthcare professional. This role involves coordinating and managing patient care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and maintaining a safe patient environment. The position requires adherence to Centra’s ethical guidelines and best practices.

Requirements

• Conduct initial assessments in collaboration with RN
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions in accordance with assigned plan of care
• Educate patients and families regarding their health conditions and treatment plans
• Document patient assessments, physical responses, and progress towards problem resolution
• Participate in Quality Assurance and Safety practices
• Demonstrate ethical and professional conduct
• Communicate research findings and quality improvement data
